Young Frankenstein Auditions at Dakota Stage

The new Mel Brooks musical Young Frankenstein brings the classic comedic film to life on stage. A marvelous Broadway masterpiece, this boisterous production is certain to dazzle and delight. We are searching for a minimum of 8-16 performers skilled in both singing and acting with a willingness to practice bold and daring character work. We will be holding auditions on Sunday, August 14, 2016 by advance appointment – call or email for a time (701-258-4998, artdir@dakotastageltd.com) and to receive audition sides from the show. Auditioners will be asked to read the sides presented as well as perform 12-16 bars from Broadway ballad along with some numbers from the show. Invited call backs will be on Tuesday, August 16. A full rehearsal calendar will be available for viewing during the auditions.
