VIPKID Info Session and Training

We (Eichelle and Layla) are so excited to host a info session for interested teachers (no experience necessary, see qualifications) and training for VIPKID teachers in the Bismarck/Mandan area. VIPKID is a Chinese company that provides a platform for North American English speakers to teach English to Chinese students virtually. If you are interested in applying we invite you to join us for the first 30 minutes of this excellent event. Families are welcome on one condition, another adult is able to supervise the children upstairs in the children's section of the library if needed. We're getting together to swap stories, ideas, solutions around worst case scenarios, teaching trials, tips and tricks. The initial focus will be building up our local VIPKID community here in Bismarck/Mandan. The current topics are as follows: Jumping in.; When you do apply?; Getting booked.; BREAK (if you're not already a VIPKID teacher you can “exit stage right” now) we don't want to hold anyone hostage :-) After the break we get into the nitty gritty with Feedback swaps; Tips and tricks; Speed dating by levels; Reward system swap; Prepping for the worst (or being a digital nomad); and FUN STUFF!
