TRC Renewals Begin
TRC Renewal Period Begins in August
Believe it or not, summer is about to turn to fall and at the Chamber that signals the start of the Total Resource Campaign (TRC), an eight-week Chamber member involvement campaign. The sixth annual TRC will begin on Aug. 19th when renewal contracts will be mailed to event sponsors from 2013. Chamber staff will reach out to all members to help them maximize their Chamber membership.
The TRC will ensure each member is getting a return on their investment and marketing their business to the fullest. Renewing sponsors have the right of first refusal for their sponsorships from the previous year.* This is what we call the “renewal period”. The 2014 TRC campaign renewal period will begin on Aug. 19th and end at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 30th. Starting promptly at 8 a.m. on Sept. 9, all sponsorships that have not been renewed are up for grabs by anyone, so be sure to return all renewal contracts on time to secure your sponsorships for 2014. The TRC campaign will conclude on Friday, Oct. 18th at 5 p.m.
If you are a member business that hasn’t sponsored an event in the past, you will be approached by a member of the Chamber staff to discuss involvement opportunities and the benefits of event sponsorship. The Chamber has a wide variety of events and there is truly something for everyone. This method is designed to make sponsorship process easier for you. Keep a keen eye out for your renewal contracts. We have an exciting year coming up in 2014 and we are looking forward to you being a part of it.
