Summer Reading Celebration

"A Universe of Stories" is the theme as the Bismarck and Morton Mandan Public Libraries kick off their summer reading programs. The libraries, in partnership with the North Dakota State Library, the North Dakota Sate Historical Society, and other community organizations, will provide a day of fun and reading for the whole family.
