Stand up Comedy with John Conroy

Dakota Stage Ltd. is thrilled to continue its colorful season of LIVE STAND UP COMEDY! Headlined by the hilarious, nationally touring comedian John Conroy, this exciting showcase of extraordinary, experienced standup comedy is not to be missed! On Friday and Saturday, November 21st & 22nd, at 8pm, enjoy a hysterical hour of laughs presented by fantastic funny man, John Conroy! John Conroy brings an everyman's attitude to smart, sharply written material that runs the gamut from shrewd observations to social satire. Shortly after moving to Minnesota in 2008 his peers voted him Best New Comic in the Twin Cities, and the following year he took the top prize in the Funniest Person in the Twin Cities Contest. Over the next two years he made a rapid transition from opener to headliner, playing hundreds of shows each year and touring the top clubs throughout the Midwest and East Coast. Conroy is a jovial iconoclast whose good-humored but aggressive act makes a lasting impression. Concessions will be available for purchase at the theatre and a cash bar will be provided in house. Tickets are just $15 per person when purchased in advance online, or $18 at the box office one hour prior to the event. Doors will open at 7pm for general admission on the night of the show. Seating is limited so patrons should reserve early to ensure tickets. Dakota Stage will present a total of six shows in its standup comedy series this season.
