Salsa Making Project Day

There's no better way to enjoy the Super Bowl than with some salsa and chips! Join us for an evening of salsa making and knife safety skills! Youth 8 and up can participate in our Salsa Making Project Day! Each youth will go home with a jar of homemade salsa and learn how to water bath. We will be making salsa at Untied Tribes Technical Center on January 26th from 6-7:30pm. There is a cost of $7 to attend the class for supplies. There is no requirement to be a 4-H member. There is a limit of 12 youth. Registration deadline is January 19th. Registration form and fee are required to reserve your place in the class. Refunds will not be granted.
