Now in its sixth year, OTA serves as a creative collaborative offering extraordinary experiences and engagements that educate, empower, and serve as catalysts for creative community-builders and change agents to improve the lives of all people living in South DakOTA, North DakOTA, and MinnesOTA. OTA, which works at the intersection of creativity and community, hosts over 1,000 attendees from business, nonprofits and community development, annually at events focused on connection with other creative thinkers and change makers from the region and collisions with people and ideas from outside these states.
