Missouri Valley Complex Master Plan

A team from the Burleigh County Parks Board, in partnership with the Bismarck Parks and Recreation District is working with the design team of Bartlett & West and Ubl Design Group, has been created to create a master plan to develop the Missouri Valley Complex area. The purpose of this plan is to review current uses and activities that occur within the complex, analyze possible improvements which could benefit long-term use of the facility and propose an updated master plan that is aligned with the needs of our community.
