Leadership Bismarck-Mandan Project Presentations

Each year the Leadership Bismarck-Mandan class breaks into several groups to work on field projects addressing community needs. The class will be presenting this projects Wednesday, May 10th at the Bismarck Mandan Chamber EDC.

9-9:45 a.m. - Sledding hill
This proposed project would create a multipurpose winter recreation space in Mandan, which could also be utilized for summer recreation.

10-10:45 a.m. - Financial literacy
The purpose of this project is to create an educational platform to allow high school students the ability to have hands-on experience learning about real life financial literacy skills and how these skills will be applied in their future.

The group would like to enhance public safety and security on and around Bismarck State College’s campus by implementing safety and security features (e.g. blue light safety).
