“Kite Making for Kids” at Camp Hancock State Historic Site, Bismarck

Camp Hancock Historic Site in Bismarck and the State Historical Society of North Dakota are hosting the free event “Kite Making for Kids” on Thursday, July 27th, at Camp Hancock. Located at 101 E. Main Ave. in Bismarck (at the intersection of 1st Street and Main Avenue), Camp Hancock staff will assist children in making and flying a simple diamond kite. Materials will be provided. The workshop begins at 1:00 pm and is open to all ages. For more information, contact Kris or Johnathan at kkitko@nd.gov or call 328-9528.
