Introduction to Essential Oils

This class is taught by Cathy Breiner, a Certified Aromatherapist. She is NOT a sales rep for any essential oil company. Are you new to essential oils or have you been using them but want to make sure you're using them safely and effectively? Then this class is for you! Find out what essential oils are, where they come from, how to describe their scents, common methods of use, how to buy quality essential oils, safety guidelines, and learn about the therapeutic properties of 10 essential oils (you'll get data sheets for each of the oils covered). You will also have the opportunity to create your own blend in a carrier oil and an aromatherapy inhaler. Class is NOT specific to any brand of essential oils; the focus is on education.
