Fall Prevention Workshop

Beginning October 5, join us for a seven-week workshop to learn exercises and strategies for preventing a fall in our Stepping On class. The classes take place every Thursday through November 16 from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm. Class size is limited to 15 participants, and those who who register should plan on attending every class.
