Doc, Crocs & Frocks

On Saturday, August 9, the Welcome House of Bismarck-Mandan, ND will host an athletic challenge between physicians, attorneys, and clergy entitled the Docs, Crocs & Frocks.  Each profession will be represented by a team of 8 athletes who will participate in a variety of athletic challenges, including a 20 mile bike ride, a 5 mile run, a 1 mile swim, and a 3 mile walk.  Athletes will be accepting donations to the Welcome House in advance of the event to support their athletic performance.  The individual athlete and the professional team that raise the most money for the Welcome House will be publicly recognized and awarded prizes at a concluding celebration.  Corporate sponsors will cover expenses for the challenge.  All donations will go directly to client services at the Welcome House.
