Business Development Series: Working Remotely

Join us for our next virtual Business Development Series on Working Remotely, presented by NISC.

 

Learn from Greg Jahner and Mike Weber of NISC as they share their best practices for establishing a remote work program, what they’ve learned in terms of managing and leading teams who are working remotely, and how to recruit or hire for remote work, especially out of market.

There will also be time at the end of the session for participating members to have an open discussion and ask any questions they may have about the information presented.
