BoardWalk to Better Health and Fitness

Dakota center for Independent Living is having a health fair with speakers on Nutrition, Mindfulness Exercise, Fall Prevention and Self-Defense. There will be several other agencies setting up booths with information to better health. Blood Pressure, sugar level, hearing test, strength test and much more.
