Bismarck-Mandan Garden Club Meeting

Grasses for suitable for North Dakota landscaping and lawn projects will be the topic of the next Bismarck-Mandan Garden Club meeting, April 18, 2017, 6:30 p.m., at the Bismarck Public Library Meeting Room A. The meeting begins with a social at 6:30 p.m. followed by a business meeting and program, titled “Grasses for North Dakota: Native, Decorative, Lawn,” at 7:00 p.m. Presenters include Nancy K. Jensen, an agronomist with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Plant Materials Center, and Bruce Schmidt, Burleigh County Extension Agent, North Dakota State University (NDSU) Extension Service.
