Back to School Extravaganza

CHI St. Alexius Health and Kohl's Healthy Communities presents the Back to School Extravaganza! This is an afternoon full of health education and fun activities. Children are encouraged to bring their favorite stuffed animal or doll tot he event to be "evaluated" by CHI St. Alexius Health nurses and doctors. Other activities include educational booths, inflatables, games, food, prizes, races, emergency vehicles and personnel and free child identification cards.
